I photographed Madison in the Historic Downtown McKinney Cultural District this week, to celebrate the beginning of her freshman year of high school (and to provide her grandmother with some new photos of her gorgeous granddaughter)! I cannot believe how confident and stunning she is in front of the camera at this age. I was such an awkward gazelle at 14 and had no idea what to do in front of a camera, by contrast. Admittedly, I'm still more comfortable behind the camera than I am in front of it... School might look very different than usual this year, but I hope Madison still has a wonderful first year of high school!
